These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vectixs (the "Service"). The Service is run by an individual operator, not through a registered company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vectixs is a free paper-trading and backtesting site for cryptocurrency. Paper trading means trading with simulated money. The Service lets you:
No real orders are ever placed for you. You do not connect an exchange account, and we never ask for an exchange API key, a deposit or any payment. Every balance in your account is simulated and has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything.
Nothing is sold. The Service is free. Every account has the same features and the same limits.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any exchange whose prices the Service displays.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for making sure that using a service like this is allowed where you live. We may restrict access from some places at our discretion.
Signup is open, but the number of accounts is capped. Once the first 200 accounts exist, new visitors can join a waitlist instead. We may open, pause or close signup at any time.
Signing up requires a valid email address. You must confirm it, by clicking the link we send you, before you can post or comment in the forum. Keep your email address current. Without it you may not be able to reset your password or receive notices about your account.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity under your account. You can turn on two-factor authentication from your profile page. Tell us at support@vectixs.com if you think someone else has used your account.
You choose a starting paper balance when you set up your account, and you can reset it at any time. Each account can run a limited number of paper bots at once. The limits are shown in the dashboard and apply to every account equally.
Paper bots on an account nobody has signed into for 14 days are stopped automatically. If your email address is verified, we send one warning email at day 11. Stopping a paper bot does not delete your account or your history, and you can start the bot again when you return.
The forum is public. Anyone, including people without an account, can read it. Do not post anything you would not want the public to read. You must not post:
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute it on the Service. If you delete your account, your posts, comments and votes stay on the forum and are shown as coming from a deleted account. You can delete a post or comment yourself before deleting your account.
Anyone can report a post or comment that breaks the rules in Section 7:
We review every report. Content that is unlawful or deceptive is removed within 24 hours of the report. Removable content includes scams, impersonation, false claims likely to mislead people about money, harassment, illegal content and spam. We keep a record of each report and of what we decided. We may suspend or close the account of anyone who repeatedly posts removable content. We may also remove content that breaks these Terms without a report.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime. Features, limits and the Service as a whole may change, be added or be removed at any time. Live prices come from third-party exchanges and can be delayed, missing or wrong.
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from your profile page. We may suspend or close your account, including stopping its paper bots, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice first.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY MARKET DATA, SIMULATION, BACKTEST, OR SIGNAL DISPLAYED BY THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES ANY DECISION YOU MAKE, ON THIS SERVICE OR ANYWHERE ELSE, BASED ON A SIMULATION, A BACKTEST, MARKET DATA OR FORUM CONTENT.
If your jurisdiction does not allow some of these exclusions or limitations, they apply to you only to the extent the law allows.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, from content you post, from your breach of these Terms, or from your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and make a reasonable effort to tell active users, for example with a notice in the dashboard or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
